بنقصد فوائد العملية والى بتشمل :
 
. بتقلل خطورة اصابة الاناث باورام فى الرحم والثدى وتكيسات المبايض نتيجة النشاط الهرمونى
واورام البروستاتا والخصيتين للذكور والى تعد مميتة بمعدل 50 %فى الكلاب 90% للقطط
 
. بنقلل الاعداد الغير مرغوب بيها والى بتكون عرضة للحوادث فى الشوارع سؤاء الاصابة بكسور او امراض فيروسية او حتى التسمم
